Orders received by 1pm Monday - Friday will be processed & dispatched same day. Outside of sale periods, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there's a delay, we will email you.
Due to our extremely fast order processing timeframes, changes to orders or fixing errors with receiver's addresses may not be possible.

Sale Periods
Please be advised that during sale periods, there may be a slight delay in delivery times due to our warehouse needing to process a higher number of orders. allowing an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
Additionally, it's important to note that once a sale order is completed during promotional periods, we are unable to accommodate any changes. We kindly request all customers to thoroughly review their order details and contact information, before completing the checkout process.
Pickup
Our warehousing and dispatch operations are run through a third party logistics company and their policy is that pickups are not permitted, therefore unfortunately we cannot accept pickups or drop-offs.
Damaged or Lost Orders
In the unfortunate event of damaged or lost orders, resolution should be sought directly with the courier company. We want to emphasise that we, cherubbaby.co.uk, are not liable for goods damaged in transit or those that are not received.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is subject to the discretion of cherubbaby.co.uk. We appreciate your understanding in such situations, and our team will assess each case individually to determine the appropriate course of action.
