Returns (30-day Money Back Guarantee)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you purchased an item from cherubbaby.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return:
The customer is responsible for the return postage. Cherub Baby UK will not be held responsible for any returned item/s which are damaged in transit or lost and will be unable to issue a refund.
To start a return, please complete our Returns Form. Once completed, and your items have been received and condition checked, our Customer Service team will get back to you with the next steps.
If the item was purchased as part of a bundle kit, then the item value will be calculated as a percentage of the bundle kit purchase price.
Fault/Damage
We ask when you receive your order to please inspect all items. In the event a fault or damage is located, please complete our Returns Form.
Once our team have evaluated the information provided, our goal is to make things right through replacing the affected item.
Depending on the product, we may also ask for the faulty or damaged product to be returned to us.

Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation. Do not attempt to return your item until you have first completed the online returns form and Cherub Baby have responded with further instructions. The fault must be confirmed by Cherub Baby in advance of posting the item back before any further action is taken. Video/photo evidence may be required to confirm the fault. In the event no fault could be found, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
To start a warranty claim, please complete our Returns Form. Once received, our Customer Service team will review the information provide & get back to you within 3 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, ensuring the above Return conditions are followed, then once received, and accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
Changes/Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, you will need to contact us urgently via live chat or emailing us at mail@cherubbaby.co.uk, including your order number and very clear details on the changes you require. Alternatively, if operators are available through Live Chat, this might be a better contact method.
Due to our extremely fast order processing timeframe, we’re unable to guarantee that we’ll be able action all change request, though we’ll do our best.
If you need to cancel your order, and this can be actioned in time on our end, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to clear your bank account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
