Q: How can I determine if this will attach to the shelf in my fridge/freezer?

A: The pouch organizer is designed to fit all brands and models of fridge/freezers, as long as the shelf is made of plastic or glass and not a wire rack. You might need to adjust the height of the shelf below it for a proper fit.

Q: What keeps it securely attached?

A: Three highly durable suction cups bear the weight, and each cup is rated to hold up to 2 kilograms, providing more than sufficient strength to support a fully loaded organizer.

Q: What items can I place in the organizer?

A: The pouch organizer can accommodate Cherub Baby breast milk bags, reusable pouch minis and maxis, as well as pre-made supermarket food and yogurt pouches.

Q: How do I clean it?

A: Cleaning is a breeze – you can either place it in the dishwasher or give it a gentle hand wash and rinse.

Q: What's the correct method for attaching it?

A: To ensure a secure attachment, wipe down the shelf with a clean, dry cloth before you start. Squeeze (pinch) the suction cups to create a U shape rather than having them flat (this enhances the suction power). Make sure all three suction cups are properly installed. Then, firmly press the organizer against the underside of the shelf so that the suction cups grip. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Apply a bit of pressure to try and pull the organizer down to check its grip. If it doesn't hold, you may need to immerse the suction cups in hot water for 30 seconds to reset their shape for better suction. Once the cups are securely gripping, they hold very strongly.

Q: How can I detach the organizer from the shelf?

A: Simply peel off the suction cups (you can use your fingernail to pry them off). The organizer will come off easily, leaving no marks.
